GOLDEN WIPES COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INDIA)
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Sneaker LAB, in partnership with its official distributor in India, Katalysst, collectively referred to as “the Promoter.”
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of India aged 18 years or older.
2.2 Employees of Sneaker LAB, its distributors, agencies, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to participate.
2.3 Entrants under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent before participating.
3. Competition Period
The competition begins on 14 May 2025 and ends on 24 October 2025, or once all 10 Golden Wipes have been found—whichever comes first.
4. How to Enter
4.1 Purchase Sneaker LAB Sneaker Wipes (12 Pack, 12 Box and 30 Box) product from an authorized retailer in India.
4.2 Some packs contain Golden Wipes. A total of 10 Golden Wipes have been randomly distributed across the Indian market.
4.3 5x Golden Wipes have a unique code on the back and 5x Golden Wipes do not. If you find a Golden Wipe with a unique code, you stand a chance to meet AB de Villiers. Wipes without a unique code you can still win a prize of product.
4.4 No registration or online entry is required—entry is automatic upon purchase and discovery of a Golden Wipe.
5. Prizes
5.1 5x Golden Wipes with unique codes will grant the winner an opportunity to meet AB de Villiers in person. Each will include a unique code and redemption instructions.
5.2 The other 5x Golden Wipes will entitle the finder to Sneaker LAB products and other prizes. Email info@sneakerlab.com if you are the lucky winner of a wipe without a code.
5.3 The meet-and-greet with AB de Villiers will take place in India at a venue and date to be confirmed by the Promoter. The prize includes a meet and greet event with AB de Villiers, with a lunch and a goodie bag. More details will be communicated to the respective winners.
6. Prize Redemption
6.1 Winners must email info@sneakerlab.com, providing the unique code and a photo of the Golden Wipe and accompanying card.
6.2 All prize claims must be made by 24 October 2025. Late entries will not be accepted.
6.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of any Golden Wipe and the identity of the claimant.
7. General
7.1 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.3 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Golden Wipes or for any technical issues affecting participation.
7.4 All costs associated with entering or redeeming prizes (e.g., mobile data, internet access, or transportation) are the responsibility of the entrant.
7.5 The Promoter may use winners' names, images, or likenesses for reasonable promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the competition, with prior consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of any prize.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during this competition will be used solely for administering the competition and delivering prizes, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. View the full policy at sneakerlab.in.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
