We will always charge you in the currency that is displayed on our website.

Contact info@sneakerlab.com within 30 minutes after you have placed your order. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the correspondence.

SneakerLAB reserves the right, on all orders as well as final sales, to correct any displayed prices which are obviously incorrect. A price shall be deemed obviously incorrect if the consumer realized or should have realized that the price was incorrect at the time of the purchase. Under such circumstances, SneakerLAB may cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid, in the most suitable way. SneakerLAB will notify the consumer as soon as reasonably possible following the discovery of the error. Orders will take 2 business days to be dispatched and 4-7 business days for delivery.

Consumers have the right to return an order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to return an order, they must contact SneakerLAB to receive an address to send the goods to. SneakerLAB will either provide a procedure for free return or reimburse any return shipping costs via PayPal as long as a copy of the receipt is provided to Customer Support. If Customer Support is not contacted for the proper return procedure or the return procedure is not followed, kindly note that the customer is subject to the shipping expenses in returning this package to us. If an item is damaged during transport, the consumer must notify SneakerLAB within 2 months for the consumer to have the right to compensation. More information will then be received.

All purchases made on ind.sneakerlab.com on or after January 1st, 2022, are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end-user. Your product is protected against all manufacturing defects provided that the product is used for its intended purpose.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies for the expected lifetime of the product but will not exceed 20 years from the date of purchase. For all purchases made on ind.sneakerlab.com before January 1st, 2022, the warranty period is 12 months from the purchase date.

If your product is within the warranty period and proof is presented to our Customer Service for defects or flaws due to improper materials and/or production fault, SneakerLAB will not charge for labor, parts, or repair. Full replacement for defective products is at the discretion of SneakerLAB. If your product is determined defective due to inflicted damage caused by reasons other than manufacturing error, we can replace your product at an additional service charge.

The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law and consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer rights law. For further information about consumer law, please contact your local consumer organization.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to purchases made on ind.sneakerlab.com. Original SneakerLAB products purchased outside ind.sneakerlab.com are subject to the warranty policies and guidelines of the reseller through which the purchase was made. The warranty will immediately become void if the product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

When you order from a location within India, your purchase will be subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable. The GST rate will be applied at the time of checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. SneakerLAB ensures that all taxes are calculated and included in the final price for transparency and ease of transaction.

You may pay with either credit or debit cards. Adyen banking services manage all of our banking transactions. SneakerLAB does not store any credit card numbers.

Pay with your Visa, AMEX, or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Adyen with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit/debit card, starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, SneakerLAB may automatically cancel your order.

Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation email to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

SneakerLAB shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered, or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new/amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions, or lack of delivery from suppliers, and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it, are owned by SneakerLAB or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of SneakerLAB.

All attempts at fraud reported to the authorities and SneakerLAB reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

SneakerLAB may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and SneakerLAB. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.

When shopping with SneakerLAB, we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. SneakerLAB treats all personal information as confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong, you can get it changed or removed.
